## The challenge

Every page change needed a developer, the site failed Core Web Vitals on mobile, and organic sign-ups had flattened for a year.

## How we approached it

1. **Audit:** Technical SEO and performance audit, content inventory and redirect map for 400+ URLs.
2. **Design system:** Reusable page sections in Figma and code so marketing can build pages without help.
3. **Build:** Next.js with Sanity, server rendering, image optimisation and structured data.
4. **Migrate:** Zero-downtime switch with every redirect tested and rankings monitored for eight weeks.
