Call centres were overloaded, no-shows were high and patients collected lab reports in person.

1. **Journeys:** Designed booking, rescheduling and report access around real patient interviews.
2. **Integration:** Connected to the existing scheduling and lab systems through a secure API layer.
3. **App build:** Flutter app with push reminders, secure report viewing and online payments.
