## The challenge

Users struggled to find key numbers, support tickets were mostly “how do I” questions, and every screen looked different.

## How we approached it

1. **Research:** Interviews with landlords and agents plus PostHog funnel analysis to find drop-off points.
2. **Information architecture:** Restructured navigation around the five tasks users do most.
3. **Design system:** Tokens, components and dark mode in Figma, mirrored in Storybook.
4. **Test and ship:** Prototype tests in Maze, then design QA alongside the client’s developers.

## Results

- **−45%** “how do I” support tickets
- **2×** weekly active use of reports
- **60+** reusable components shared by web and mobile
